The person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of entering a contract in accordance with our general rental conditions and guarantee that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard by telephone or via our secure website, by cheque made payable to Pin Parasol, by bank transfer, and by ANCV or e-ANCV holiday vouchers.
It is possible to pay the balance of your stay in three instalments free of charge.

It is imperative that we receive the balance of your stay no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Before your stay, you can provide your Works Council with your booking confirmation.
After your stay, we can provide you with a receipted invoice and a certificate of stay on request, by telephone, email or on site.
The file must be registered in the name of the beneficiary. No changes can be made after invoicing.

The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the communes and may be increased by an additional département tax. They vary greatly depending on the commune, which sets the amount, the people liable (adults) and the collection periods. The amount of the provision for tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age is included in the price of the stay when the tax is charged at a flat rate.

Getting to the campsite by car:
On the A87 motorway, follow signs for Angers and Cholet.
Once in La Roche-sur-Yon :
Follow Aizenay (D948), then head towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie - Coëx (D6), once at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on the right (D21) towards La Chapelle-Hermier. Drive through La Chapelle-Hermier towards "L'Aiguillon-sur-vie" and "Lac du Jaunay, rive droite". Turn right and continue straight on for 3 km, through the village of La Faverie, then turn left towards Le Pin Parasol.
Getting to the campsite by train:
The nearest station is the SNCF station at La Mothe-Achard (16 km): Rue de la Gare - 85150 La Mothe-Achard.
You can also get to the campsite via La Roche-sur-Yon SNCF station (32 km): Place d'Estienne d'Orves - 85000 La Roche-sur-Yon/ Saint-Gilles/ Les Sables d'Olonne.

If you are staying in a tent, camper van or caravan, you can set up on your pitch from 2pm. You must leave before 12 noon.
If you have booked a rental, collect your keys from reception between 6pm and 8pm. You must leave before 10am.
If you arrive before 6pm, you can use all the campsite facilities (snack bar, bar, swimming pool, slides, etc.).

You can arrive before 6 p.m. (for rentals) or 2 p.m. (for camping pitches) and take advantage of all the campsite services before settling in.
The campsite is 15 minutes from the Vendée beaches and their harbours. The nearest beach is Brétignolles-sur-Mer (12 km).
The campsite is a 5-minute drive from the U express in Coëx (7 km) and a 15-minute drive from the Océanis (Leclerc) shopping centre in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (14 km).
The campsite has a grocery shop, new in 2023. Bakery, souvenirs, local produce, essentials, games and fruit and vegetables.

Only one vehicle is included in the pitch price. However, it is possible to park a second vehicle on your pitch for an additional charge of €5 per day.
If you have more than one vehicle and do not wish to pay extra, you can leave the second vehicle in the campsite's secure outdoor parking lot.
For any stay in accommodation, you must notify reception of your departure time. The inventory is carried out after the customers' departure by our teams and an email indicating the return or the taking of a deposit is sent within 48 hours following departure.
The campsite gates close between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you wish to leave after 11 p.m. or before 8 a.m., you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the campsite entrance. You can then use the pedestrian door to exit at the desired time.
It is possible to leave the campsite early, but no refund will be made by the campsite. You can only claim a refund from the cancellation insurance if it was taken out at the time of the reservation request, and depending on the reason for early departure.
Swimming shorts are prohibited, only boxers and swimming briefs are permitted.
You can enjoy the SPA from the age of 16 and cabin treatments from the age of 6 accompanied by an adult.
The fitness room is accessible to people over 18 years old and to children, from 16 years old only, if accompanied.
5 recent toilet blocks are located on the campsite, all heated, with family and individual cabins.
It is possible to drain the gray water on the pitch for the and pitches.
All sanitary blocks located in the campsite are equipped with a drain (chemical toilets).
It is entirely possible to install a barbecue on the pitch, only electric barbecues are not permitted.
For any cottage or chalet rental, a deposit of €160 (inventory) and €100 (cleaning) are required on arrival by credit card. They will be returned after inspection and inventory.
10 days before your arrival, you will receive a secure link from our partner SWIKLY to deposit the deposit online and in complete security to facilitate your arrival at the campsite on the big day and benefit from a fast check-in arrival.
The cleaning fee is only included in accommodation. It is entirely possible to add this cleaning package (€100) to the other accommodation categories if you wish.
This service includes end-of-stay cleaning of the mobile home, except for the kitchen area which must be clean and tidy (dishes and fridge included). The trash cans must be emptied and the mobile home has to be left tidy.
Television is included in the rental for and accommodation.

The number of people who can stay in the accommodation depends on the type of accommodation.

For security and insurance reasons, it is authorized to install a small tent on the pitch as long as you do not exceed the capacity of your accommodation, i.e. the maximum number of people authorized in your accommodation.
Only certain cottages for 6 people, Sensations district are equipped with air conditioning. Ask when booking.
