The person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of entering a contract in accordance with our general rental conditions and guarantee that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard by telephone or via our secure website, by cheque made payable to Pin Parasol, by bank transfer, and by ANCV or e-ANCV holiday vouchers.

It is possible to pay the balance of your stay in three instalments free of charge.

If you have chosen to pay by credit card in three free instalments, a direct debit will be made on the due dates.

It is imperative that we receive the balance of your stay no later than 30 days before your arrival.

Before your stay, you can provide your Works Council with your booking confirmation.

After your stay, we can provide you with a receipted invoice and a certificate of stay on request, by telephone, email or on site.

The file must be registered in the name of the beneficiary. No changes can be made after invoicing.

The Yelloh! Village Le Pin Parasol campsite services are open from the time the campsite opens until it closes.

The campsite is accessible to people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility. We have a chalet and 2 cottages to welcome you:

• A chalet for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, , Sensations area
• A cottage for 5 people, 2 bedrooms, , Sensations area
• A 4-person cottage, 2 bedrooms, , Nature & Sens area

All services are adapted and accessible to disabled people and/or those with reduced mobility:

• PRM car park next to reception
• Reception door sized to accommodate a wheelchair
• PRM toilet cubicles (shower, washbasin, WC)
• Accessible restaurant and bar.
• Accessible play areas and swimming pool areas

The size of a camping pitch varies according to the range:

• : from 100 to 120 M².
• : from 110 to 160 M².
• : from 160 to 200 M².
• Nature & Sens: from 190 M² upwards.
• : from 200 to 250 M².
• Nature & Sens: up to 270 M².

You can request a change to your holiday (dates, type of accommodation) by writing to the campsite (by post or e-mail), subject to availability.

The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the communes and may be increased by an additional département tax. They vary greatly depending on the commune, which sets the amount, the people liable (adults) and the collection periods. The amount of the provision for tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age is included in the price of the stay when the tax is charged at a flat rate.

Cancellation insurance covers all cancellations that are not your fault.

Overview of what cancellation insurance covers:

• Serious illness (including serious illness following an epidemic or pandemic), Serious bodily injury or death.
• Death of your uncle, aunt, nephews or nieces.
• Denied boarding at the airport, train station, bus station or port of departure due to a temperature reading.
• Failure to be vaccinated against Covid 19.
• Complications of pregnancy up to the 32nd week.
• Vaccination contraindicated, following vaccination.
• Inability to receive dialysis treatment at the insured holiday destination during the holiday period.
• Redundancy.
• Summons to appear before a judicial tribunal, in the following cases only : summons to adopt a child, summons to a make-up examination in the context of higher education only, summons for an organ transplant
• Theft or serious damage to your caravan or motorhome
• Serious damage caused by fire, explosion, water damage or natural forces
• Theft from your business or private premises
• Serious damage to your vehicle occurring in the 96 working hours preceding the 1st day of the holiday
• Inability to travel to the place of stay
• Getting a job
• Your divorce or breakdown of a civil partnership
• Theft of your identity card, driving licence or passport
• Deletion or change in the dates of your paid holidays or those of your de facto or de jure spouse, imposed by your employer
• A professional transfer requiring you to move house
• Refusal of a visa by the authorities of the country of destination
• Illness requiring psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment, including nervous breakdowns
• Cancellation of one or more people accompanying you (maximum 9 people)

Getting to the campsite by car:

On the A87 motorway, follow signs for Angers and Cholet.

Once in La Roche-sur-Yon :

Follow Aizenay (D948), then head towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie - Coëx (D6), once at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on the right (D21) towards La Chapelle-Hermier. Drive through La Chapelle-Hermier towards "L'Aiguillon-sur-vie" and "Lac du Jaunay, rive droite". Turn right and continue straight on for 3 km, through the village of La Faverie, then turn left towards Le Pin Parasol.

Getting to the campsite by train:

The nearest station is the SNCF station at La Mothe-Achard (16 km): Rue de la Gare - 85150 La Mothe-Achard.

You can also get to the campsite via La Roche-sur-Yon SNCF station (32 km): Place d'Estienne d'Orves - 85000 La Roche-sur-Yon/ Saint-Gilles/ Les Sables d'Olonne.

If you are staying in a tent, camper van or caravan, you can set up on your pitch from 2pm. You must leave before 12 noon.

If you have booked a rental, collect your keys from reception between 6pm and 8pm. You must leave before 10am.

If you arrive before 6pm, you can use all the campsite facilities (snack bar, bar, swimming pool, slides, etc.).

You can arrive before 6 p.m. (for rentals) or 2 p.m. (for camping pitches) and take advantage of all the campsite services before settling in.

The campsite is 15 minutes from the Vendée beaches and their harbours. The nearest beach is Brétignolles-sur-Mer (12 km).

The campsite is a 5-minute drive from the U express in Coëx (7 km) and a 15-minute drive from the Océanis (Leclerc) shopping centre in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (14 km).

The campsite has a grocery shop, new in 2023. Bakery, souvenirs, local produce, essentials, games and fruit and vegetables.

It is open :

• In low season: 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm all week except Saturday (8am to 2pm and 3pm to 8.30pm).
• In high season: from 8am to 8.30pm every day.

We do offer bike hire, you will find 16/20″, 24/26″, 29″ mountain bikes, VTC, BMX.

A security guard is present every evening when the campsite is open and from the afternoon in July and August.

Yes! Bare pitches and cottages. Customers benefit from 1 free access for all , and bookings and 4 free accesses for . If you would like more Wi-Fi access, please go to the reception in your area (Sensations or Nature&Sens).

For children in July and August, we offer :

• 6 supervised meetings a week with the mini-club for 4/12 year-olds, mini-disco, sports tournaments and fun games for all.
• A different outdoor activity every morning: bouncy castle, climbing wall, bowling, mini-golf…
• An evening of magic or clowning, or a meeting with Yellito or Yellita.

And for adults, we offer :

• Wake-up sessions in the water or outdoors
• Sports tournaments: beach volleyball, pétanque…
• Family Olympics
• Night-time pool
• Family evening activities for all: lotto, karaoke, quizzes, musical evenings, cabaret…

Pets are only allowed on camping pitches and in certain accommodation (Cottages Sensations 4 persons and 6 persons).

Maximum 2 pets per cottage/site.

Here is the list of beaches closest to the campsite which allow dogs:

• Brétignolles-sur-Mer: Petit Pont Beach and Crique de la Sauzaie.
• Saint-Jean-de-Monts: Petit Sochard beach, Tonelle beach, Parée du Jonc beach and Davière beach.

Dogs are allowed on unsupervised beaches and at Lac du Jaunay.

You can actually use your own detergent.

You will also find them on sale at reception.

Children can join the mini-club from the age of 4.

The Kids’ club is a free service, we will be happy to welcome your children in a warm and friendly atmosphere!

Only one vehicle is included in the pitch price. However, it is possible to park a second vehicle on your pitch for an additional charge of €5 per day.

If you have more than one vehicle and do not wish to pay extra, you can leave the second vehicle in the campsite's secure outdoor parking lot.

For any stay in accommodation, you must notify reception of your departure time. The inventory is carried out after the customers' departure by our teams and an email indicating the return or the taking of a deposit is sent within 48 hours following departure.

The campsite gates close between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you wish to leave after 11 p.m. or before 8 a.m., you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the campsite entrance. You can then use the pedestrian door to exit at the desired time.

It is possible to leave the campsite early, but no refund will be made by the campsite. You can only claim a refund from the cancellation insurance if it was taken out at the time of the reservation request, and depending on the reason for early departure.

• Bathers under the age of 8 are not allowed on the slides.
• Bathers should not run down stairs.
• It is forbidden to wear jewelry.
• It is forbidden to hang on to the edges of the slides.
• People with heart problems are not recommended to use the slides.
• Slides are prohibited for people who cannot swim.
• Bathers should not use the buoy slide without buoys, nor should they replace them with an air mattress.
• Reverse walking, head-forward descents and kneeling positions are prohibited.
• It is forbidden to hang on to the front buoy, go back into the slide or stop in the slide.

Swimming shorts are prohibited, only boxers and swimming briefs are permitted.

You can enjoy the SPA from the age of 16 and cabin treatments from the age of 6 accompanied by an adult.

The fitness room is accessible to people over 18 years old and to children, from 16 years old only, if accompanied.

5 recent toilet blocks are located on the campsite, all heated, with family and individual cabins.

It is possible to drain the gray water on the pitch for the and pitches.

All sanitary blocks located in the campsite are equipped with a drain (chemical toilets).

It is entirely possible to install a barbecue on the pitch, only electric barbecues are not permitted.

For any cottage or chalet rental, a deposit of €160 (inventory) and €100 (cleaning) are required on arrival by credit card. They will be returned after inspection and inventory.

10 days before your arrival, you will receive a secure link from our partner SWIKLY to deposit the deposit online and in complete security to facilitate your arrival at the campsite on the big day and benefit from a fast check-in arrival.

The cleaning fee is only included in accommodation. It is entirely possible to add this cleaning package (€100) to the other accommodation categories if you wish.

This service includes end-of-stay cleaning of the mobile home, except for the kitchen area which must be clean and tidy (dishes and fridge included). The trash cans must be emptied and the mobile home has to be left tidy.

Television is included in the rental for and accommodation.

Blankets and pillows are provided in all our rentals.

Sheets and towels are provided in and rentals.

You can rent sheets and towels for other categories of accommodation ().

The number of people who can stay in the accommodation depends on the type of accommodation.

Our accommodation can accommodate 4 people, 4/5 people, 5 people or 6 people maximum.

Babies are considered people in their own right, so they are counted in the same way as adults.

For security and insurance reasons, it is authorized to install a small tent on the pitch as long as you do not exceed the capacity of your accommodation, i.e. the maximum number of people authorized in your accommodation.

Only certain cottages for 6 people, Sensations district are equipped with air conditioning. Ask when booking.

You can pre-book your pitch/cottage for the following year whenever you want. On site, by email or by telephone. Upon receipt of the rates for the following year (end of September/beginning of October), you will receive an email from the campsite to validate the pre-reservation and pay the deposit.
