Rooted in the local culture, it represents the richness of the tastes and flavours of the Vendée. Like other French regions, Vendée offers a variety of artisanal beers, fine wines, seafood specialities such as Noirmoutier salt and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie sardines… all of which can be found in our local shops.
Every week, we host a mussels and chips evening to celebrate our seafood. Our team also provides recommendations for the best places to explore the culinary delights of Vendée. And during the summer, our artisan market invites you to meet some local producers.
